One month between the first and second SBK race.. It's going to suck to have to wait one month for the next race after getting all jacked up from the first one.. :p

Ya mean you don't like Stoner? You are from Oz and all. ;)
I detest Stoner. He's a tool. He's really arrogant and rude. :spank:

Ok, biased Rossi fanatic. I do worship Vale, but I love other riders, Vermeulen, Capirossi.

Stoner just whines - it's always the bike, the tyres or someone elses fault.

He still goes on about Rossi's poor sportmanship at the Corkscrew 2 years ago. Poor sportsmanship? Rubbish! He just got outrode by a legend..... :D

I agree. Always something else except him, the rider.

I like that. :D

My husband is whining - says Rossi pushed it too far. He thinks Stoner will win this year. He's delusional. :BLAA:

What does he know?.......

Vale is a bit over rated, but talented, yes. Stoner is so-so, but I'm going out on a limb and want to see Lorenzo do well this year. I don't know if he could contest the championship this year, but I want to see him stir things up a bit...

Vali over rated?? Look at his record, look what he has done on different bikes not only cc but makes. Like it or not this IS the man when it comes to mc road racing.

Having said that... GO BEN SPIES!!!!

I was at the British MotoGP at Donington in 2006 and it was the most fabulous day. Friday and Saturday were blue skies and Sunday dawned grey with rain as we arrived at the track. We got to our spot and stood under the umbrella for about ten minutes then the rain stopped, the clouds cleared, and by the time the 125 practice started the track was bone dry. It hit low 30s C that day.

Yeah maybe over rated was the wrong word I was looking for... I'm not denying his talent, and remember him being given a 10 second penalty, and pulling out over 10 seconds lead to win the race.

I'm just interested to see what the new guys can do, including guys like Spies.

Over-rated? What planet are you from?

Even people who are not crazy fanatics (there can't be THAT many....) like me, have to admit he is absolutely incredible. :D

I also think Michael Schumacher is one of the greatest ever - can't stand him though. Don't have to be a fan to know the guy's got it (by the way, Senna better than Michael S - if he was still alive, I don't think M S would have won the couple at the beginning of his career).

Philip Island - I was there. Actually 13 seconds. Awesome to watch - he just got faster and faster each lap. I wish I had the riding talent he has in his pinky toe!

Anyone that has been to the island knows how bad Siberia can be - windy. Pretty incredible to watch that day.

Hasn't won there for a couple of years though. Hopefully this year, although Spies knows the track pretty well. He might surprise us all (I hope not, but I hope he finishes ahead of Casey - sorry Aussies - don't like him).
