Bridgestone tires - A litle confused

My front tire have to be replaced, so I have looked into the Tire Tech Talk to find help. However I am still a little confused.
The tire I want to replace i a Bridgestone 120/70 ZR17 M/C (58W) - BT020F GG
The "GG" mark should indicate that it is special / recommended for FZ6.
What does "M/C" and "F" indicate.

The BT020 aught to be a standard tire for FZ6. But looking into Bridgestone Europe website, they only recommend BT014, BT016 and BT002. The new BT021 is not even on the list.

Is a BT021 suitable for a FZ6.
I hope that someone is able to tell me the full name of such tire.

M/C = motorcycle
F = front

I have BT-010s on mine.

'021s will be just fine. The 020s are being phased out and the 021s are their replacement.

Yes the 21 is a multi compound rear that has been very well reviewed, with a much better tread pattern.

Love my BT-021's and I test test them pretty hard every week.
