I took my FZ6 to Mt. Baker yesterday. I don't live far from the mountain but yet I have never taken the ride up. I have been missing out! I snapped a good number of pictures of the bike and scenery, so I thought I would share. The ride takes you from 63 feet up to 5104 feet.

I'm jealous. Makes the mountains here look like a large hill by comparison. :) I think the elevation of the nearby mountains is around 2,000 ft above sea level. I think I'll trade the riding season I get here tho for the smaller mountains :)

Confused though... Why isn't there a massive smile on your face in that photo... lmao

For me, that is smiling! :D

The 5,104 ft is at the parking lot, the highest you can ride. The mountain itself is 10,781 ft.

This chart shows the distance and elevation data from my GPS.

Nice pics...

My sig pic may look familiar,it was on a ride to Baker last year. Lots of fun, as the roads aren't all grid pattern down in WA. Message me next time you go for a rip up the mountain and I'll join you

Thanks for the photos..
Beautiful place..and great pictures.

BTW: what is your carmera; for the panorama >> feels like same as mine??
>> i found >>> Canon PowerShot A570...
Then what program did you use to stitch the photos?
Or camera has built in function??
Mine has built in function that's why I guessed...
I do use "Hug In" mostly, if I don't use camera built in function.
