Fit the two Knuckle Visors with the new torx screws, do not over tighten as it will crack the plastic trim.

attachment.php

Refit the two mirrors using the two larger spacers per side (original spacer shown on left for comparison)

Refit the three dash trim pieces.

Remember DO NOT over tighten any of the bolts.

Job done

Makes motorway riding much nicer on the hands as it blocks quite a bit of the wind.

These are quite expensive items from Yamaha (£109.99 in the UK) but they are well made and with a perfect colour match.

For a more in depth guide with larger resolution images and other guides see my website.

Well thats cool.
We dont get groovy stuff like that here. I think we need to sacrifice a few lawyers.

So i'm curious. How much do these help with blocking the cold wind? I've been thinking about getting these ever since my first cold season. Are they worth the money?

They keep most of the breeze off your hands but they do push the air upwards onto your shoulders. this causes some buffeting which can be annoying at motorway speed.

Worth the money? Maybe

But I think hand guards would be better suited and quite a bit cheaper too.

Would I buy them again? Yes I would even though they are very expensive for what they are.
