I purchased all my GIVI packs/racks from them. Nice fast service. They also noticed a mistake on my part and call me up to correct it so I would receive the correct parts. Decent prices on the GIVI items (couple of dollars below what everybody else sell them from what I could find), but, when you add free shipping it becomes a better deal.
