Well for My Bday my parents bought me gear from alpinestar.com I had to return one item I told them the wrong size for the glove style i wanted. Excellent no hassle return and exchange. They supplied tracking info and lots of follow up emails. One email when I requested the exchange another when they received the item, another when they sent out the new item, and another when the item should have arrived (it arrived on time.) Only complaint I had to pay the postage to return the original item
