I want a pair of duals for my 88 FZ600 but Ive found the places that sell the mounting brackets dont carry the correct size for my fork tubes. I have 36mm fork tubes from what Ive researched and the smallest they carry is a 37mm I believe? Any ideas on an adapter I could make or where I could find fork tube mounting brackets in 36mm? I'm thinking on buying some thin rubber material or maybe even toolbox slip mats as an adapter.

you could get some rubber and put a layer of that over the fork tubes and then tighten them right down, something non slip should grip plenty good enough.

That is how i would hack it anyway!

Thats what I figured, I don't know why I didn't think of it sooner. I may wait a little while and see if I can't find a triple tree and forks that will swap over. Any suggestions?
