I am in no way taking credit for this "idea". Just wanted to share how easy/useful the setup is.
First, I purchased a Platypus 1.8L (60oz) hydration bag from my local sports store $19.95 USD. Along with this I picked up a Camelbak HydroLock shut-off valvle $6 USD. You can interchage stuff from these two companies as the hose size is the same. I recommend getting the Platypus bag because it is easily detachable from the hose. It is a pain getting the hose through the headphones hole... so this eliminates the need to do that. To refil you just have to detach the bag. No need to pull the hose in and out.
And that is all there is to it. Super easy to do. I will post a review after my day long ride tomorrow.
