Hi there.

Now that I have done the exchange (Today 9/4/09) I'm here to announce the birth of my new ride, BMW's F 800 GS which is a new chapter in my riding life, having not done Enduro before.

My only gripe is having to do the obligitory run in of 600 miles, under 5k revs. DOH!

My Fazer S2 was a great ride and served me very well:rockon:

Regards and Happy Easter to you all.

Regards

Mark

Hmmmmmmm. I don't really like BM's. Not even a small, tiny, weeny amount. In that class I'd have bought a Triumph Tiger or a KTM. Or a multistrada. Or a BMX.

Enjoy though

Even if BMW makes funny looking bikes, it does so tastefully, exudes super quality and somehow manages to look cool and technical.

Nice bike! Please keep up posted on the bike and your impression. I was contemplating that one when I got the FZ6. Really like my FZ6 though... ;)

Exuse me, you can't use the word "upgrade" on this forum when you go trade in your FZ for another bike.

Yes, yes! "Lateral move" is acceptable, and a very nice lateral move at that. I know it's a different bike then the FZ6, but looking forward to a write-up/comparison after few miles in the saddle.

Happy trails!
