Here's a few. I've never been one for witty names for a business. I think the name should pretty clearly communicate what you do, IMHO.

Laza Glass Art

Laza Glass Fine Arts

Laza Fine Blown Glass

Laza Blown Glass Gallery

Laza Blown Glass Studio

Melted Sands by Laza

The Melted Sands of Laza

I envy you, for my business I'm stuck with what the franchise gives me. :(

The number 1 question that comes to my mind when trying to figure a name is ,What kind of glass blowing are you going to do .
Vases ,bowls ,bottles , paper weights , figures ,animals ect...??? you know what I mean .then it may be easier to help with a name .

why not add where you are, what your hobbies are or what your key product might be...

You can always change business names as time goes on...

Canook Glassblowers Unlimited
Mountain View Glassworks
Vancouver Blows Glass
B.C. Glass exports by Laza

Personally I wouldn't leave much to others, Its YOUR business, make sounds decisions and experiment/R&D when it feels right to do so. Good luck, sounds like a very fun endeavor.

Yea...Im really looking forward to really putting all my efforts into making this work. My girls family owns a winery so I have lots of space in one of the garages to set up my shop. I will also be able to sell out of their boutique. LOTS of people roll through there so I'll start small and see where it takes off to. Im going to look at kilns tomorrow...many great names..I especially like "Even Jesus likes Lazas Glass"...lol funny sheet...keepem comin' I may take a week or two to decide.....heres a website of some of the things I eventually want to do....Cool stuff

I don't really want the horn, but I'll offer my 2 cents:

When I started my current company (back in 2000), I was lost for a name as well. The wife then suggested that I took stuff I was fund of and spelled it backwards.
When I was a kid, my favourite toy car was a Toyota Supra, - so I ended up calling my company @rpus (ARPUS).
In 2001 the name became even more relevant, as I started to do a lot of work for phone companies, as ARPU is short for "Average Revenue Per User" :)
