In specific this one :
Ride Icon

I was told by a vendor that Icon helmets are not reliable for crashes, and that they are made from low quality materials.... I find that hard to believe and was under the impression that he wanted to sell me a more expensive helmet just for the commission.

I need your help ! DO you think that this brand is reliable, and would you trust them to prevent serious injuries to your head in case of a crash ?

Thanks :D

The Icon Domain2 helmet has been "SNELL M2005 CERTIFIED".

This means that the safety of the helmet is in order.

Sadly there is no SHARP test on this helmet, but beeing that the SNELL test was passed, im sure that the SHARP would be decent as well.

So, - if the stealer tells you its unsafe, - it propperly becourse he is trying to convince you to buy another brand that he makes a better profit off ...I don't know this helmet, - but from a pure test/safety issue, I would not expect any problems.
