2006 to newer speedo swap...

I dumped my 06 and broke the mounting holes for the speedometer. I'm wanting to go naked with it. But, I do not like the round speedo. I like the square speedo on the newer FZ's. Does anyone know if the new one will fit/work on the older bike (I hate to call 06 "old").

Stop calling my bike OLD....You will have me thinking about buying a NEW one for 2010.

But I agree with you about the speedo. It is the one reason why I won`t go naked. I think the big round speedo looks clumsy when you take the fairing off.

There is also the fact that the naked headlight is a ridiculous amount of money for what it is...a headlight.
