It's an R1, but it's still a Yamaha, and it's performance very impressive up until a certain point.

So .... I guess if we take up drag racing ....make them of the shorter variety:rockon:

IMHO...it looks to me as if the rider on the R1 started to slow down immediately the fighter passed him....the blast from the jet's exhaust probably almost blew him off the runway.

It looked to me as if the acceleration on the fighter was so great by the time it got to the R1 that it made it look like it was standing still

I'd say the R1 won that one!!!

The r1 had it for sure at the 1/4 mile mark and probably at the half mile. So I think the r1 won it.

there has been a test done here recently 0-100-0 and it was won by a GSX-R 1000 with a time of under 10secs

The r1 definately won!!!
