I was going to switch out the swingarm on my 2006 and install the new version, painted silver to match the front fork. Now I'm selling the FZ6 so this goes too.
Prep:
All the swingarm holes were sealed and the exterior bead blasted to remove the black paint. The holes were uncovered and the pivot and shock mount holes were re-covered to keep the contact surfaces clean.
It was painted with thin coat of etching primer then the next day painted with two part catalyzed gray primer.
It's ready for a light sanding and the paint color of your choice.
included are NEW roller bearings and the parts you see in the photos.
The bolt and spacer to mount the chain guard are also included.
