Yeah, things are good, but I can't afford the insurance on a car and a bike =) It's hard to get groceries and chauffeur kids around on a bike, so I am doing the "responsible" thing and selling my baby. (Under protest!)
I bought a 2014 Honda Fit Sport a couple weeks ago and need to sell my toy.
Located outside Ottawa Ontario.
I am selling my Blue 2005 Yamaha FZ6 - 600cc
Only 9483 kms
Tires have ZERO kms on them. Brand new this spring.
Battery - brand new
All new spark plugs
Runs fantastic - no issues
Upright seating position, very comfortable.
Considered a Sports Touring...
A friend of mine from work is fixing my bike for $200! Dropping the plugs ($18.99 each ACK!) and battery off for him today, then all I have left to do is buy tires (To Do List: Find a money tree)
Then it's just stickers and insurance!
He is getting it fixed quicker than I can afford to keep...

It's a sticker that you place on the left side of your helmet. When you are in an accident, paramedics open the sticker to get all your info. As a T1 diabetic, this is a fantastic idea! I will be getting it for the kids bike...
Woot! I figure the $1300 will cover new tires, new battery, full fluid flush and tune up for Fizzy. A new jacket (I've lost 112lbs since I last rode) and a tune up for me (bike course)
Sooo freakin' excited! Last time I was on my bike was summer 2008, got her back in the middle of summer...
As some of you know my son has Aspergers Syndrome and he always makes me laugh. Picture a 9 year old Sheldon from big bang theory.
Last night I took him and his 'girlfriend' to the midway. As we were coming in the driveway he 'whispers' to me... Can I sit on your motorcycle so I can look sexy...
I don't even bother with gun threads, they have never been a part of my life.Heck, I've never touched one lol
Yeah, love my bike, I keep shining it every weekend =)
I installed the new (to me) mirrors to replace the broken one. Thanks TeacherJoe!! I also gave her a bath. (Mr. Clean magic eraser is amazing for graphite crap on your rims)
Tires, battery, and a fluid flush to go!
Hopefully at a good price, I don't mind if it is scrubbed up a bit. Trying to get my bike on the road before fall. My ex got deported from Canada back to the States so without child/spousal support I am struggling to get Fizzy back on the road on the cheap :)
