It's always great to get feedback on what other women like - there are so many choices, and we typically have to order online. I purchased the Women's alter ego pants by Scorpion, and while I like the fit etc., the zipper won't stay up and the snaps at the waist are cheap and will pop open...
Yes, make sure those rubber tabs are connected. Mine were a pain to do when I was replacing that visor piece.
On second thought, I can't see your rubber tabs in those pics. Perhaps a better pic would be helpful.
I am going to add in my two cents here. Your height DOES matter (or more precisely, your inseam). Even if you don't consider the power that the bike has, I found the bike to be top/front heavy. I am 5'6", light and have an ~29 inch inseam. I could not flat foot the bike and tipped it over at...
Re: '06 FZ6 for sale in Boston: $3575
Is it this month's copy? I should subscribe, but maybe I could go pick it up at the bookstore! People do seem to love it even though it's not 'fast'. I should've started with something like this in the first place!

Nah, I'm having too much fun with the little one right now. I should ride her until I feel ready for such a heavy bike!

Do you have to be able to ship if you put it on ebay?
I love the Tu250x! It doesn't have power like the FZ6, but it's small and nimble. It's also great around the city.
Hi everyone (replying to Rob), I would be up for beers in Boston, as I've only lived here for about 6 months!
The parking is an issue, but luckily I have a parking garage that comes with my apartment in the Inman Square area. So... they are around. It sounds like you got it figured out though...
I am new to riding as of last summer so the list is short:
'04 Suzuki SV650 (friend's bike)
'06 FZ6- current bike (trying to sell :( )
'09 Suzuki Tu250x- current bike
I really want to ride a 2010 Triumph Bonneville SE; my Tu250x is my 'baby' Bonneville for now!

This is a great bike at a very reasonable price. The scratches are definitely minor. Someone should scoop this up!
