Yes run on dyno before and after pcv installed. Good mixtures before install. Rich with it fitted with zero map. That rich you could smell it.

As soon as the pcv was plugged in it was rich. Prior to that it was good. Just because the pcv shows it is a 0 it may well be effectively a 10. Keep in mind the pcv also calls for the O2 sensor to be unplugged and that could effect what the ecu tells the pcv.

Yes it is for a stock bike but even on the stock bikes the zero map is very rich and this explains the extra fuel everyone complains about when fitting the pcv. But when tuned they are much better. The maps they provide are in my opinion only good enough to ride your bike to the dyno.

The zero map in the pcv is very very rich. I have just had mine back a full tune with a lot of attention put into slight throttle, cruising throttle and the fun side. Some of the fuel boxes had to reduced 20% to make it correct. And this is with a bmc filter, modded airbox, two bros pipe.

Give a guy called cafe racer a ring. He is near Bathurst and gets bikes transported from Sydney all the time for a good price. Very smart man and does a great job. Mine is getting dropped off on the weekend to him for a dyno tune

I have aftermarket handlebars and top Tripple clamps so I might not be. They are carbon wrapped mx handlebars. Were Very bad for vibes. I had very bad vibes in the bars before the trip. Found some antivibe inserts from a sport atv and put them in. Works amazingly!!! Better then the stock bars...

We all held up ok we had air hawk seats on and they saved our bums big time! Me and my mate with the mt09 had sore shoulders because of the naked bikes but other then that we are good :) We were gone 6 days all up so an average of about 700km a day. Not 1 problem with any of the bikes. 1 chain...

mine is a USB charger only with a waterproof cover on the top so when unused you pop the cover back on. The gps is a garmon zumo the boss lent me for the trip to try out so it is wired to the same relay as the USB charger.
I am about to replace my chain and sprockets and they have just over 47,000km (29,000miles). They still have some life but I am heading off for a 5,000km trip at Easter and don't want to take the chance. The chain had been lubed with belray superclean chain lube and only ever cleaned once.
I'm getting a little excited :) pick up my new (used) ute early next week. Under 9,000km V8 6.0L 6 speed manual :)
They just have to remove the "roll bar" and fit a towbar :)
