    April 21 (tomorrow) - Borrego/SD area

:BLAA: its not the same thing! I can actually make this ride if I wake up a little early, but by the time we are done with the ride I'm too tired for splitting lanes for another 2 hours. I desperately need to start jogging or something. Vegasrider on the other hand, could do this easily.. then...

Right. The point is, there is no indicated minimum on the slack adjuster. If you go past the tightest point you can make your throttle feel heavier than it should be.

    Throttle "snap back"

+1 on what the others said. It sounds like your throttle snaps back the way it is supposed to. Your friends are the ones that should be worried. On a side note, a lot of people adjust their throttle slack to "zero" to deal with the on/off throttle response. You need to be careful to not over...

    Some people make me laugh!

That kid needs to be hospitalized for the amount of BS coming out of his mouth. Your story reminds me of that video where some pro stunters go to meet this kid who claims to be a pro and is giving "lessons". When they ask this kid what kind of gixxer he has, he says it's a 600-1000 together...

What material sounds better for aftermarket exhaust?

Im curious to see what everyone thinks about this. I think there is difference between stainless steel/aluminum vs carbon cans. It is very subtle, but there is more of a metallic buzz with the metal cans imo. I noticed this riding with a buddy who had the steel scorpions. I was considering...

    Rear Hugger

I like the black swingarm - red hugger combo. I would clean that chain with some kerosene and a toothbrush and turn it back to gallery condition. Cool signature.
