Yes, 32 miles on the F: gauge and I was a mile from the station. It was a good work out walking my bike for a mile. F: HAS ANOTHER MEANING THAN FUEL !!!:spank:
Shouldn't be more than i'd guess...$250.00. Did mine myself. $50.00 for the bearing and I think labor is $90.00 an hour now. It shouldn't be more than a two hour job ( worse case )
Good luck
Get a cover. I too live here in Fl. and I cover my bike every day. I commute on my bike. I leave my cover at work. I have the Medium sized Trackside Sport cover from Cycle Gear.
I got my shirt today,,,Oh what an excellent gift to myself ! I can't wait till Thursday 's Bike Night ! I'll post a picture in the proper thread. Thank you SO VERY MUCH !
It's time to post your pics on the Yamaha web-site. So far I'm the only one in the FZ6 section. I just thinks it's cool to have pics of our bikes "out there". I love the way our bikes look so put them out there for all to see!

I bought the Michelin Road 2 ??? My friend put the Dunlop Roadsmarts on his Triumph and sent me this e-mail today, I thought I would share...
Hey Brother,
I put a new tire on the bike Friday night. It takes about 3 minute to take the back wheel off. Got 10,701 miles on the rear and had...
I have an annoying buzz also. I have learned that it's my gage cluster. Even though it is rubber mounted it still starts to vibrate every few thousand miles or so. I don't want to locktite it, so I pull the windscreen and tighten the screws when it gets to bothersome. Goodluck !
I'm doing mine soon. A local shop claims to do it for $150.00. He checked my friends Ducati for that price and told him it was in "specs" . I don't know if I have enough trust in a shop monkey to do the work so I will hang out all day and observe.
Last weekend I went on a three hour tour down to South Florida and hung out with some friends, drank some brews and stayed longer than I had planned so I wouldn't be drinking and riding.:D Rode home in the dark and the bugs were so thick it sounded like hail was blasting my faceshield. Lazy me...
PLEASE post more pics here. Not all of us go to "MySpace". Glad your buddy got to ride home. Most bikes that take a bite from the Dragon need a tow truck and the rider needs a helicopter ride.
Only riding buddies with experience. So...to the OP you start dating this guy and he asks you can he ride your bike? DATE OVER. :spank:How dare even ask. He should have waited until offered. I say find a new date.
