South bound on 47, I was on Wheeler (Just North of the BP Station) East bound, I was approaching the light and beeped, but you were already down the road about 50 yards.
I came about 'one more turn' close to losing one of the bolts out of my kickstand today (the ones that attach it to the bike, 2 8mm allen bolts on the 2005).
Luckily, if you will, I started having trouble down-shifting and pulled over to see if there was anything I could do. Clack, clack, clack...
To my whisper quiet, sewing machine sounding scoot.
And bolted on the Leo Vince Ti SBKs that finally came in after 6 weeks of being on backorder. No more whir, whir, whiiiiir!!! for me.
I feel guilty about the cat elim pipe, but, try as I might, I couldn't get the cans straight with the OE...
I am the proud owner of a pair of combat boots, graciously issued to me by the US military ;)
Basically, these, but with a bit more of a 'lived in' look to them.
Finally, the question: Are these adequate protection?

I was out a few days ago, feeling good about my improving skills. I was riding 'hard' for my skill level, pushing my limits on some nice twisties I had found.
Came up on a little chicane, right sweeper with an abrupt, tight left...as you've already guessed, much too...
The previous owner of my scoot splashed 'something' on the windscreen, which left brownish spots etched into the windscreen, ranging from 1 to 5 or 6 mm.
I also wanted to clean under the windscreen, all the way down to the tip of the nose, as there was quite a bit of dirt and dust down there...
Question 2: Have you done, or do you plan to do, a dual headlight mod?
