When TB listed them it was listed 04-08. I contacted them before I bought it and was told it would also work on my 09. But short answer is yes.

No need for spacer or bolts (guessing you didn't mean volts) these are a direct bolt on.

Lets see if I can get pics from my phone to post. The one dent is the only thing with the tank. It's dusty and maybe some scuffs from being moved around the shop for a year.
