I just finished putting on my new Yellow (sort of) Pro-Grip gel grips & yellow reflective wheel stripes. Might not be the best pic?

I just got some gel grips & I can't get to first base in installing them cause I can't get the bar ends off. Is there some metric somethingorother that I need to get? I originally tho't it'd be a simple philips screw driver, but...................not! I don't want to bugger them up so I'm sure...
