nope 20wt is putting it slightly more loose than a basic general setup.
anyone who's put R6 forks on and had a suspension guy tune it will have about a 20-25wt equivalent setting.

20wt for the street, 25wt for the track. 15wt is the absolute minimum viscosity that should be used. I build suspensions for racers including AMA riders.
you don't get hydraulic locking in a way that is a practical issue. If it's severe enough to lock the forks up you'd definitely be avoiding...
yep totally flat. I like that though....it's like a teaching track. It reminds me of a mini euro GP track. From the vids you cant really appreciate but those meatball signs are marking the lines and if you aim for them they help you tremendously. I get plenty of elevation and chamber at mid-ohio...

I only have experience with 2 different bead breakers. One made of 2x4's and door hinges for about $5 and one that came with my $70 tire changer.
So I would suggest to buy a cheap tire changer and a $40 harbor freight balancer (I don't even balance anymore, frankly)
