Probably? That side/belly faring is not stock for the FZ6. Could be aftermarket or off an FZ6R maybe.
Best bet might be to try to find a listing that sells such a faring and see what the compatibility is.
I can't think of any differences between S1/S2 that would affect where this thing mounts.
There’s lots of cheap MRA spoiler type imitations out there, just saw one for $15 on Temu, whatever that is. Why not try one of those out at minimal expense and see if it works.
No faring removal…And no cable changes. (But I have aftermarket brake lines, might be a little bit longer than stock)…can’t be 100% positive you won’t have to make some minor cable routing adjustments.
Have heard great things about Rox risers. They are expensive, hence reason I just went with the inexpensive 1” up/1” back fixed risers. Advantage of Rox is you can pivot to whatever angle you like.
Funny story, sold the bike…and a year later bought it back.
No vibes in the bars to speak of, but I have HVMP heavy bar ends. No idea what vibes would be like without them.

Based on the seller's description at the link you provided in an earlier post, it's plug and play/no ballast or anything else needed.
You might try using a 12V source and verifying the leads on the new headlight, so you know for sure. See what lights it up and mark the terminals as...
