trepetti, I've got R6 forks on my S1 as well as the dako81 fender adapter kit. Did NOT have to cut the fender at all. Took a bit of fiddling to understand which mount goes where (which direction) but that might have been due to the Coronas. Hit me up if you'd like some close-up pics ANLR21

Like Ohendo, I added 1" bar risers, carefully adjusted the bars to avoid contact with the tank. With the risers I was able to maintain a good "flat" overall angle to the bars, no issues
