where to find gear for the larger size

I realize I'm big, I'm at the end of the sizing chart at most stores in shirts and pants. I've been looking for some gear and I would like to start doing track days but it seems hard to find stuff in my size. I'm at a 46X30 US in pants and around a 52 US in the jacket. I don't want to spend lots of money on something custom because I'm not ready for that type of a commitment.
