Trying to coordinate group buy for FZS headlight from India

If the price is good after shipping I would want to buy one. If it is too much I will just put in the bit extra and get the OEM FZ6N headlight. Anyone else here who would bite on this?

I think with the right paint, this could be a pretty decent looking headlight on an FZ6 for a good low price.

Thoughts?

Timeframe I'm gunning for is around a month or just under.

My thoughts are that i wouldn't trust paying up front to India. However....if you do manage to get them here....on your dime.....i'll be happy to buy one from you. I wouldn't mind if you made 10 to 20 percent on the deal.

Good idea. Somebody brave do this and get us some headlights. I'm serious...i'll buy one.

Being a genuine Yamaha part,it probably won't be cheap.

I'd never heard of an FZ-S.Funky little thing and a bit more stylish than the usual tat in it's class. (Not sure about the 'Lord of the streets' thing though

The price, in me opinion, hi is offering is normal.
Im also runing out of money, so i would like to save money to.

Just so you guys know, the guy that was selling the FZ6N headlight is legit. It took awhile to get mine because of some family circumstances on his end, but I did in fact receive it. 300 shipped and comes with mirrors, turn signals, everything. I will take pictures as soon as I get it back from the shop. Don't like to do anything electrical so I let the people who know what they are doing take care of it. Very excited for it as this is a 900 dollar part I got for 1/3 the price.

Hey, just wanted to say that anyone who still has an interest in this headlight/fairing can try here. This guy over at SBN seems to have a few in stock.

I like it. It´s cheaper than FZ1 light conversion.
I´m very interested of it.

Hi, I live in Croatia (Europe) and I recently bought this headlight + black handlebar from this guy. He sent me a PayPal invoice and I received a package from India 2-3 weeks after I make a payment. Every part was in the original yamaha carton (box). Package was marked as gift with lower package value (as we agreed) so I avoid paying high import taxes in Croatia. As I know this headlight is for FZ15 or FZ16 and fits fine on FZ6. Unfortunately I can not send you pictures because I have not compile it yet (don't have tubes yet to put in on). My FZ6 is black so I ordered the black plastic (fairing) and this should be the only difference from bikes on

About seller; he replied to every e-mail before and after payment and we were in touch all the time. He even offered me help around tubes that stuck at my friend in Philadelphia.

I ordered as well and seller has been great with communication. He sent tracking number today and item is coming from India. I will post when it arrives.

I am pretty sure he is legit. He has given me his contact info including phone number. I will post when it gets here, hope it finds its way here fast as it is holding up the repaint.
