Re: Bi-Xenon projector with angel eye installed

OK guys, bad news for me.

The projector is using H4 socket and can not be modified. And I don't want to mod the bulb hole either, which may crack the reflector and can not be recovered.

I've ordered an extra kit with H7 socket from the same seller on EBAY. And now I have 2 projectors with H4 socket and 2 projectors with H7 socket.

I'll post new pics once the new projectors are delivered and assembled.

Very cool mod. I did a custom job similar to this using R6 projectors and it was my favorite mod by far.

I wonder if you could contact the seller to see if he/she would send one H4 and one H7 kit for our bikes.

    Just to clarify:
Does the projector ONLY mount via the bulb opening in the reflector? Or does it need additional mounting points drilled?

Already did but the answer is NO

But I'd love to sell the redundant projectors, one H4 and one H7, so the buyer could assemble himself another mod like me

The answer to your question is YES.
The projector has exactly the same socket as H4 bulb. Which means it can only be mounted via the hole in the reflector, just like the bulb! And that's why I can't mod the H7 bulb hole and need the particular H7 projector!

Can you take a picture of the actual light output from your bike? I would love to see how it looks right now with the two different setups.

    OK, pics !!

    Lights on

    Low beam!

    High beam!

The light looks blue due to the color of the fence(its green blue). The xenon bulb is actually 6000k diamond white.

These pics were shot right after the lights were turned on. Xenon bulbs need few minutes to reach max output. No need to doubt

I'll adjust them later when both projectors are installed.
