Dropped it once or twice in the beginning. Caused by stalling and wearing a new leather jacket(arms couldn't move as much)

Correct, unless it was the pavement!

Bought mine used, has few scratches on fairing, so someone () slipped up during it's first year.

Re: Has your bike ever hit the ground?

I hadn't had it a full week and was pushing through my yard, in grass when I lost control and dropped it. The fall broke off the turn signal stalk up front. It actually suffered scratches to the mirror it went so far over!! I now have flush mount turn signals up front.

Re: Has your bike ever hit the ground?

yes got shunted off by a car lane changing without checking blindspot doing around 70kph(45mph). only $700 cosmetic damage, torn knee ligaments and a hole through my riding boot and foot. draggin jeans prevented skin grafts though, so i'll never ride in shorts and tshirt. bitch didn't stop so i had to pay myself. hope a truck does the same too her!

Re: Has your bike ever hit the ground?

All my bikes have tipped over at least once and I'm blaming it all on my first bike! I learned riding on a dirt bike with no sidestand and I just let it go to park it.

Not this bike, my old mx bikes hit the ground many a time! Knock on wood I have never dropped a street bike. I am extra cautious.

Re: Has your bike ever hit the ground?

Mine has been down, but not by me. The previous owner it appears dropped it on both sides, or stuff got knocked into it nevertheless.
