    You mount it two places. One, a bolt under the side pods that's OEM. You remove those bolts, put the rack's front mounts in place, and put the bolts back. Two, it grips the rear grab handles. It doesn't mount in any way that obstructs the seat or the exhaust like other cases. That's why I bought this one. Easy to mount.

    Depending on where you are in NYC, we can meet up and I can install it for you or help you install it. I'm outside the city a straight shot up Rt 3 in about 10 mins.
